Tecmyer is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with a minimum of three years of experience specializing in visual and interaction design to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about crafting user-centered, visually appealing, and highly functional digital products. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers and developers to design intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. While you will not manage a team, your contributions will be critical in shaping the user experience across Tecmyer's digital solutions.
As a UI/UX Designer at Tecmyer, you will design and develop user interface components such as menus, tabs, and widgets that create seamless and engaging experiences. You will generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs with tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Your responsibilities include conducting detailed user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure adherence to accessibility compliance. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and enforcing design standards across all products are essential to driving Tecmyer's continued creative growth and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and interactive features, to ensure seamless and intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar design tools to clearly communicate user flows and interface components.
- Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to collect feedback and iterate designs, ensuring they meet accessibility guidelines and usability best practices.
- Maintain, update, and enhance design guidelines, standards, and best practices to guarantee consistency and high quality across all digital products.
- Analyze competitor products and current industry trends to discover opportunities for innovative design enhancements and solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and efficiently communicating progress to remote team members and stakeholders.
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently, articulating design decisions to team members and stakeholders to encourage constructive feedback and consensus building.
- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, methodologies, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate design practice and contribute to the company's creative development.
- Document design processes thoroughly and maintain an extensive portfolio documenting key projects, design challenges, and solutions for internal use and personal career advancement.
