RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify continuous improvement to existing plant process of current Windshield production line (w.r.t cost, quality & design).
- Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information from OEM Manuals study & recommending solutions.
- Involve in coordination with plant area incharges to implement standardization of process.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders for projects meetings & document minutes of meeting for onward follow-up of project activities.
- Support area Incharges by adapting and applying engineering techniques.
- Managing and tracking progress of multiple projects and managing Area incharges expectations on deliverable and timelines.
- Create and maintain a project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, and status and resource allocation.
- Maintain documentation of projects and administer all project related activities.
- Develop Project Charter of projects and onward Management approval.
- Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project data.
- Any other task/responsibility assigned by DM Projects & management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive from HEC affiliated institution.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 03 years of work experience in Plant Engineering.
SKILLS:
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office for Project Documentation.
- Good Technical Skills, Presentation Skills & Analytical Skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Able to work in late hours, off days or in shifts as per requirement.
