- Maintain and order vendors for Raw Material & Finished Goods Inventory stock.
- Coordinate with vendors & suppliers.
- Make delivery schedule of vendors.
- Maintain ledger of all vendors and customers.
- Enter data related to Incoming Raw Materials receiving & issuance in the Stock File.
- Arrange for storage of In-House Rejections and disposal.
- Deliver initial and pilot lot samples to Customers/OEM.
- Make list of all purchasing items needed in stores on monthly basis.
- Prepare Gate Passes for Out sourced Processing (OSP) & other Materials.
- Measurement of cut pieces for vendorized parts processing.
- Visits Market for Purchasing (applicable for males only).
- Prepare Bins ledger and send to customers on monthly basis.
- Liaison with Office Photocopier Contractor.
- Maintain after market file and send to SPD / Management weekly.
- Dispatch after market orders as assigned by SPD.
- Handle all medical issues at factory.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned by Management
