Job Description: - Achieving the Store target - Store Inventory - Training - Customer Satisfaction - Customer Experience
Effective manage the Profit & Loss with focused drive of sales. To Increase margins & reduce operations cost through efficient store operations. Minimize shrinkage through accurate billing, stock accuracy, making the associates vigilant about potential shoplifting cases. Ensure the store and store vicinity is neat and clean all the time reflecting/reinforcing brand image.
Coordination with production manager. Skills required : Good communication and interpersonal skills Good leadership Strong customer-facing and communication Customer service orientation
Bachelor or Intermediate The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in handling a Store in clothing.
