Director Human Resources

Responsibilities:

Support management in a highly diverse range of issues such as:
Talen Acquisition
Employee Relations
Compensation Management
Performance Management
Employee health and benefit program administration
Liaison for policies and procedures
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, IT, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality controls objectives
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth
Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
Works to create consistency of practice for all HR policies and ensures they are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Qualifications:

8-10 years HR Management experience which includes:
Talent Management
Employee Relations
Training and development
5-7 years of supervisory experience overseeing HR support roles
Strategic executive leadership collaboration
