Dong Jian Structure Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Tekla Structure Operator to join our team at the FIEDMC M-3 Industrial City facility in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3D modeling of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and be proficient in generating precise structural fabrication and erection drawings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within project timelines to support our engineering and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models of Pre-Engineered Buildings using Tekla Structures software.
- Produce accurate structural fabrication drawings that meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare erection drawings to facilitate on-site assembly and installation processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and resolve any technical issues.
- Review and verify drawings for compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Maintain documentation and version control of all structural models and drawings.
- Assist in troubleshooting modeling challenges and provide technical support during project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tekla Structure Operator, specifically with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting using Tekla Structures software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into accurate fabrication and erection drawings.
- Good understanding of structural steel detailing and construction processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience working in an industrial or construction environment is preferred.
