We are seeking a Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in SQL, Java, C#, and ERP systems. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Document and communicate requirements effectively to developers and project teams.
Data Analysis & SQL Reporting:
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
- Provide insights and reports based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Software & ERP System Support:
- Assist in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Identify and resolve system-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams.
Technical Collaboration:
- Work with development teams using Java and C# to support software enhancements.
- Assist in testing new system features and ensuring they meet business requirements.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a Business Analyst or related role.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Data modeling BI, UI creating high level Dashboard using Dynamic/Static Data.
- Strong Excel experience intermediate to advance function/forumula/ODBC like connectivity
- Basic experience with Java & C# development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
