Tele Sales Executive

Solartech (Private) Limited, part of Solar Tech Group, has been providing renewable energy solutions in Pakistan since 2005. As a leading private sector company in solar solutions, Solartech caters to both residential and large-scale government and private sector projects. The company specializes in solar energy technologies, including the manufacturing of Photovoltaic Modules, advanced charge controllers, and energy generation systems.

Solartech (Private) Limited is seeking a full-time Tele Sales Executive for its office located in Lahore. In this on-site role, the Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about solar energy solutions, and converting leads into sales. The role includes making outbound calls, explaining product offerings, answering customer inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

The individual will also document and report customer interactions and feedback for business improvement.

Qualifications Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
Strong telecommunication and sales skills such as cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing deals.
Ability to understand and clearly explain technical information about solar energy solutions to potential customers.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications for managing customer information and reporting.
Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technical or renewable energy field.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training and certifications in sales techniques are a plus.
