Tele Sales

We are seeking motivated and confident TeleSales Executives to join our team for UAE-based telecom campaigns with Etisalat and Du. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers in the UAE, understanding their needs, clearly explaining telecom services and offers, and supporting sales efforts. This position requires a professional and customer-focused approach to help achieve sales targets and contribute to the campaign’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UAE customers efficiently.
- Clearly explain Etisalat and Du packages, services, and promotional offers.
- Communicate professionally and maintain clarity in all customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested customers to assist in converting inquiries into sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in call center or telesales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in English communication is essential to understand customer needs and explain information clearly.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills are necessary to engage and convince customers effectively.
- Candidates should demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and a customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Salary ranges from PKR 25,000 to PKR 45,000 per month, with additional commission opportunities based on performance.
- This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- The campaign focuses on UAE Etisalat and Du telecom services, involving both inbound and outbound calling activities.
- The work location is based in Karachi, providing a professional office environment for in-person engagement.
