Tele Sales Officer

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as International Sales Representatives at their Saddar, Karachi office. This full-time role operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a commission-based compensation structure with performance bonuses. Successful candidates will engage with international customers, explain products and services clearly, follow up on leads, and consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English with international customers.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work diligently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and objections confidently.
- Employ effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.

- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Availability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
