TELE SALES OFFICER (MALE & FEMALE)

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Officers to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant telesales or cold calling experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and effectively qualify potential leads.
- Convert qualified leads into active customers by demonstrating product and service value.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, which will be assigned following the initial training and onboarding period.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate information about company products and services.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales outcomes within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karachi.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships over the phone.
