Tele Sales Representative

I Concepts is looking for motivated and professional Tele Sales Representatives to join its growing international team, working on a Canadian B2B outbound campaign. The role involves engaging with Canadian businesses to offer HR and staffing solutions for both general and skilled labor positions. Based in Cavalry Ground, Lahore, this position operates on a night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to Canadian companies to identify their staffing requirements.
- Generate qualified business leads and arrange appointments with prospective clients.
- Approach businesses to establish recruitment and labor supply agreements.
- Maintain professional communication with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture long-term business relationships to support ongoing staffing needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
- A target-driven, motivated, and dedicated mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong skills in negotiation and lead generation.
- Previous experience in telesales, B2B cold calling, or international call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working on an international B2B campaign, particularly focused on the Canadian market.
- Fixed basic salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs60,000 per month, supplemented by additional incentives; no commission-only arrangements.
