Tele Sales Representative

I Concepts is seeking confident and motivated Tele Sales Representatives to join an international B2B outbound campaign focused on the Canadian market. This role involves working with a Canadian recruitment agency that specializes in providing General and Skilled Labor HR and staffing solutions across Canada. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain international sales experience while contributing to a growing organization. Candidates will be based in Lahore, Pakistan, working night shifts to connect with Canadian businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B cold calls to Canadian organizations to identify potential staffing needs.
- Generate qualified business leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
- Approach organizations to develop recruitment and labor supply contracts.
- Communicate professionally with business owners and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships to support ongoing staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and lead-generation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a motivated and dedicated attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in tele sales, B2B cold calling, or international call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on international campaigns or with Canadian clients is an advantage.
- Shift timing is from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (night shift) to align with Canadian business hours.
- Fixed basic salary with additional incentives; this is not a commission-only role.
- Work location is in person at Cavalry Ground, Lahore, Pakistan.
