We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi, focusing on promoting AT&T Spectrum products and services during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent customer service skills, capable of engaging customers effectively and consistently meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing customer interactions through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a seamless experience while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell AT&T Spectrum services by accurately assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to provide a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators using effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Stay informed about the latest AT&T Spectrum products, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system to support sales and service activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers and close sales successfully.
- Ability to perform well in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
