Telecom Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi, focusing on promoting AT&T Spectrum products and services during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and excellent customer service skills, enabling them to engage effectively with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Sell AT&T Spectrum services by accurately assessing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective selling and upselling strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AT&T Spectrum products, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM system to support sales and service activities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively and close sales.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.

- Night shift hours from 9 PM to 6 AM.
