Telecom Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi, focusing on promoting AT&T Spectrum products and services during the night shift. This role requires a candidate with strong sales experience and excellent customer service skills who can effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. The position offers a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and includes support such as pick and drop services for female employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell AT&T Spectrum services by accurately assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Keep up to date with the latest AT&T Spectrum offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain precise and timely updates of customer information within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
