Telecom Sales Representative

Xfer Solutions is seeking motivated and confident Sales Executives to join our international B2B sales campaign. This role involves engaging with US-based business owners during night shifts to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, capable of managing sales conversations independently, and skilled at overcoming objections to achieve targets. This position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses and connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present and promote company business services clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close deals successfully.
- Convert prospects into confirmed sales while maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence and independence in managing sales conversations.
- Previous experience in international sales or B2B sales is preferred.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
