Telecom Security Testing Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Telecom Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in telecommunications, networking, messaging, and technology solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in telecom systems, network operations, troubleshooting, system integration, testing, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and platforms.
- Monitor network and system performance, reporting technical issues to the relevant teams.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for network, system, and service-related problems.
- Participate in system integration, testing, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to investigate and resolve technical incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, reports, and troubleshooting logs.
- Assist with routine network monitoring and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors as needed.
- Take part in the testing and deployment of new telecom products, platforms, and solutions.
- Adhere to established technical procedures, security practices, and operational guidelines.
- Develop a solid understanding of telecom technologies, protocols, systems, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in telecommunications and technology.
- Perform additional technical duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications fundamentals, computer networking concepts, TCP/IP, routing and switching, operating systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with databases, basic programming concepts, APIs, and system integration principles.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Knowledge of SMPP, SS7, SIGTRAN, SMS, A2P Messaging, CPaaS, or telecom network architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
