Telecom Specialist

We are looking for a Telecommunication Specialist with at least one year of experience in telecom sales to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls and promoting a variety of services including Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security. This role demands a strong ability to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate service packages, and convert inquiries into sales, all while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Candidates must be available to work night shifts and be comfortable engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inbound customer calls.
- Promote and sell telecom services such as Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable service packages.
- Convert incoming inquiries into successful sales transactions.
- Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in telecom sales.
- Demonstrated success in telecom sales with strong communication and sales abilities.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with customers.
- Professional and courteous handling of inbound calls.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
