Telecommunication Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Telecommunication Specialist with a solid background in telecom sales and strong English communication abilities. The successful candidate will manage inbound customer calls and actively promote a variety of telecom services. This role demands a professional demeanor during customer interactions, a clear understanding of client needs, and the capability to effectively sell Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable telecom service plans.
- Promote and sell Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security packages.
- Clearly communicate service features, pricing, and plan details to customers.
- Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in telecom sales.
- Demonstrated expertise specifically in telecommunication sales.
- Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lahore.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs310,000.
