Telemarketing Agent

We are seeking motivated call center agents based in Rawalpindi to engage with American homeowners. The primary role involves making outbound calls to schedule free appointments for roof and energy bill assessments, including solar energy consultations. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in the United States to promote free roof and energy bill assessments.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of solar and energy-saving solutions to potential customers.
- Book appointments for assessments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and appointments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by securing appointments that lead to assessments.
- Follow the provided call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve call strategies and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Ability to work during the specified hours aligned with U.S. time zones (Rawalpindi time schedule provided).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and call logging.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working night shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays, as per the schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the energy sector or familiarity with solar energy products is an advantage.
- Commission-based pay structure rewarding successful sales, with an average of three sales per month.
- Salary is approximately PKR 20,800 per month (around $75 USD), with additional commissions of about PKR 13,900 ($50 USD) per sale.
- Potential to earn approximately PKR 41,700 monthly in commissions based on average sales performance.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Saturday from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Rawalpindi time), including a 30-minute break each day, totaling 56 hours per week.
