Telemarketing Executive

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a results-driven attitude. This role focuses on proactive outreach to potential customers, requiring individuals who are enthusiastic about meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a professional demeanor in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or call center environments.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer literacy to manage records and communications.
- Target-oriented mindset with confidence in handling customer interactions.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
