Telemarketing

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, on-site telemarketing position based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves working the morning shift and focuses on outbound calling to promote technology-related services. The ideal candidate will engage potential customers by explaining service offerings, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records. Meeting set performance targets is essential to succeed in this position. The salary range for this role is PKR 35,000 to 45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain technology-related services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and suitability for the services offered.
- Schedule appointments for further discussions or demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Basic computer skills for managing customer databases and scheduling tools.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is preferred to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site during morning hours in Karachi.
