- Engage stakeholders for timely follow up on the actions arising out of the SBP inspection and Internal Audit reports.
- Obtain CXO approved closure packs along with supporting evidence.
- Validate the closure packs and supporting evidence to ensure that action items have been implemented.
- Discuss the queries and concerns on the closure packs and supporting evidence with Stakeholders and relevant IA unit.
- Prepare the issue validation packs and get them reviewed by the relevant IA Director (s).
- Maintain centralized tracking of the issues, their status and provide required dashboard/summary for necessary reporting as and when needed.
