Make sure connectivity of the branches remains uninterrupted during business hours and all equipment are working.
Provide IT related issues support and resolution (Hardware & Software) within defined TAT to respective region’s branches.
Maintaining backup of IT inventory for smooth operations and replacement and provide the same to branches against PR Form with prior approval.
Maintain MIS of IT Equipment of Branches & Quarterly inventory.
Collect dead equipment from each branch and maintain MIS of same.
Coordinate with the Security Team and resolve security cameras issues on priority which are not viewable in the Central Monitoring System.
Configure & maintain camera recording in backup. Ensure to transfer user data, emails etc. due to system replacement.
Ensure to resolve Hardware and Software issues remotely or through physical visits within defined TAT; as requests received over Helpdesk Portal.
Resolve network Issues remotely or on visit if require. Resolve UPS issues with help of Vendor of each branch at earliest and escalation in case of any delay by vendor.
Configure & maintain Wireless devices of each branch and Regional Office to connect Laptops and Tabs.
Deploy IT equipment in new Branches and make sure Branch is ready for operations as per time frame.
Configure whole Branch systems & devices including Firewall/Switches/Security Cameras and Printers.
Configure Juniper Firewall with new core setup and making VPNs of both Branch and Security Cameras for each Branch.
Configure Sonic WALL firewall for Branch. Ensure working of whole Branch, I/O and UPS Sockets.
Replacing I/O s and RJ-45 connectors for specific system/device when required.
Performed Preventive Maintenance as scheduled and on visits when required.
ATM network connectivity support.
Network link management at branch end, and coordination with Network Team Telenor Bank.
Active directory front end management (User Password change), user details upgrading.
If new changes occur in infrastructure ensure those are implemented in all branches with in given time.
Support Audit staff in audit process and answer audit observation pertaining to BITS.
Tablets Configuration, restoration, activation & maintenance.
SIM activation and restoration, coordination for MOOR project.
Assigned user ownership and change user ownership on TAB’s. Coordination with IT-Team if any problem occurs in TAB’s and is beyond BITS resolution.
