The role is primarily responsible to liaise with SBP/LEAs in order to mitigate AML risk by ensuring that banking channel is not used for illegal activities/terrorism financing.
· To report Cash Transaction Report (CTR) / Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) to Financial Monitoring Unit/SBP for Easy Paisa (OTC)/ Branch banking accounts.
· Includes coordination internally/externally for resolution of queries/complaints from SBP/LEAs like NAB, FIA, FBR etc
· Involves maintenance of MIS for end to end tracking of queries/complaints from SBP/LEAs.
· Reporting to SBP on quarterly/monthly basis for data pertaining to queries/complaints.
· To ascertain management for physical documents and archival of the same.
