The incumbent is to be responsible for assisting in deep dive analysis on the performance of the business, both financial and non-financial, and explain insights/behaviors previously not known. The incumbent shall also maintain reports and provide visibility regarding business performance to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Business Partner Branchless and Digital Lending in extracting relevant data from DAAS for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Automate manual reports like daily dashboards and monthly health matrix reports into the system to promote efficiency.
- Working closely with the Business Partners to ensure accuracy of data and raising alarms in case of discrepancies
- Coordinate with technology on developing new system reports and data streams e.g., retailer data base, geographical locations etc. as per the request of the Line Manager or Business Partners.
- Prepare targeted reports with the Business Partner on new initiatives in the Branchless Business including but not limited to campaigns, products etc.
- Coordinate with BI and Business Partner in understating new system definitions/product taggings post-implementation of the in-house credit scoring model for Digital Lending Business.
