1. Responsible for administration, maintenance and smooth operations.
2. System and its interfaces to ensure service targets and achieved.
3. Focuses on minimizing potential problems and incidents.
4. Responsible for information Technology overall project and operations implementation
5. Project & Operational Implementations and SIT & UAT
6. Preparation & Readiness of test environments, conducting of System Integration testing’s, cutover to production movements.
7. To Ensure Sync of environments (HA, DR and production)
8. Manage 24/7 operations and support.
9. Provide L2 & L3 of support to system related issues
10. Trouble shooting of technical issues.
11. Keeping the knowledge base updated.
12. Ensure execution and delivery of business reports
13. Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviors (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
