The incumbent is responsible for overseeing/managing all customer communication channels, executing Customer facing Campaigns, tracking and reporting of MA Campaigns, keeping up to date with consumer insights, and generating new ideas/campaigns for MA uptake.

  1. Work to increase Overall Customer Base by designing campaigns to acquire new customers, increase retention of existing customers and revive inactive customer base.
  2. Operate and manage campaign trackers to ensure visibility of on-going campaigns/offers.
  3. Conduct Post-Campaign analysis to gauge and ensure campaign efficacy and gain insights
  4. Create campaigns revolving around current easypaisa use cases such as bundles, mobile load and P2P to increase customer product usage as well as conduct regular analysis to track customer behaviouR
  5. Work with Marketing post and pre campaign to plan an efficient marketing strategy and study the impact of social media intervention with respect to costs.
  6. Maintaining and overseeing all channels of communication with customers, with an aim for cohesive messaging and utilising efficient leads/channels to ensure optimal campaign performance
  7. Design and execute customer-centric surveys and collating results efficiently to gain consumer insight.
  8. Providing operational support to the team whenever needed (Managing customer prize distributions, liaising with sourcing and logistics partners)
  9. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth communication and effective customer campaign performance
  10. Carry out any other task assigned by the line manager or the Head of Campaign and Analytics.
