The incumbent will be responsible for all treasury deals management, banks treasury threshold management and managing the middle office function of the bank.
This function will directly coordinate with treasury and treasury operations to maintain smooth reconciled transactions.
Job Role
- Producing, reporting, explaining and attributing Treasury P&L on a daily basis.
- Perform reconciliation with Finance on a monthly basis
- Supervise the monitoring of utilization vs. limits and process improvements for daily reporting requirements
- Preparation of middle office and related MIS, Market Data maintenance,
- Documentation and implementation of regulatory driven changes
- Produce reports related to market risk and limit breaches.
- Investigation and analysis of exceptions, data integrity etc.
- Liaise with all key stakeholders (Treasury, Back office, FINCON etc.) and senior management to understand their requirements and create functional synergies viz.
- enhancement in reporting dashboards, assist in accounting, set up and parameterization of new products in core banking.
Required Qualification, Education/Certification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree / ACCA / CFA
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Treasury of a bank
- Understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Bank operates, and the regulatory
