Telephone Customer Service Agent – Sales

Mars BPO is seeking a Telephone Customer Service Agent specializing in sales to join their team. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote products and services, generate sales, and meet assigned targets. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing objections, and effectively converting prospects into paying clients through clear communication and persuasive techniques. This position operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and requires a professional approach to customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to promote company products and services.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and current offers to customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally to close sales effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to increase conversion rates.
- Meet established sales KPIs, call quality standards, and conversion goals.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telephone sales and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Expertise in lead generation and conversion techniques.
- Proficient in objection handling and closing sales.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Effective time management and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Working Hours and Compensation:
This role requires availability for the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, based on performance and experience.

Work Location:
This is an in-person position, requiring attendance at the company’s office.
