Telesales Executive Female

We are seeking a confident and energetic female Telesales Executive based in Lahore to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and campaign-based telesales. This role requires a target-driven individual who can effectively engage potential customers, convert leads into sales, and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process. Experience in telecom, insurance, banking, or similar telesales campaigns will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and manage assigned leads efficiently.
- Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers to close sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and courteously.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in Mobilink/Jazz, Jazz Bima, telecom, insurance, or banking telesales campaigns will be given preference.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and sales commissions or bonuses.
