Telesales Executive

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as International Sales Representatives at their Saddar, Karachi location. The position involves engaging with international customers, explaining products and services clearly, following up on leads, and consistently striving to meet sales targets. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses, allowing for significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently handle customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
