Telesales Executive

MARS BPO is seeking confident and motivated individuals for the role of International Sales Representative based in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in the international call center industry. The role requires strong English communication skills and a passion for sales. You will engage with international customers, explain products and services clearly, follow up on leads, and work diligently to meet sales targets. Compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses, providing significant earning potential for driven candidates. The shift timing for this role is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the position requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international customers using English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections with confidence.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
