Telesales Executive.

We are looking for confident and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team at our Bahria Town, Lahore office. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling. You will be responsible for engaging with international clients primarily in the UK and US markets, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls targeting international clients in the UK and US markets.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Present and promote company services clearly and persuasively.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions accordingly.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in telesales and cold calling (mandatory).
- Proven track record in B2B sales (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong abilities in communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
- Confidence in engaging and managing international clients.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure.
