Telesales ( FEMALE ONLY)

We are seeking a confident and persuasive telesales professional to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with warm, high-intent leads generated daily through our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be converting these interested prospects into scheduled visits at our sales office, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience from initial contact to appointment confirmation.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads; no cold calling involved.
- Understand each client’s needs and provide clear, accurate answers to their questions.
- Schedule and confirm client visits to the sales office.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet committed.
- Maintain detailed call notes and update lead statuses regularly.
- Achieve daily call targets and weekly visit goals to support overall sales objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Clear and confident communication skills in Urdu and/or English.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or customer service is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to be persuasive, polite, and persistent in conversations.
- Basic proficiency with computers and WhatsApp for communication and record-keeping.
- Well-organized and motivated by targets and performance metrics.

Work Schedule and Location
The position requires in-person attendance at our sales office. Working hours are Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Mondays are off.
