WBM Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Telesales & Marketing Representative to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop a career in sales, marketing, and customer communication. The position involves engaging with potential customers, promoting company products and services, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products and services.
- Generate new leads through calls and consistent follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily call and sales activity reports.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
