Telesales Representative

ACE Services is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join their team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site position working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). The role involves engaging with international clients through phone calls, managing leads, following up on quotes, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in spoken and written English and capable of maintaining accurate CRM records while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients.
- Qualify leads and assess potential customer needs effectively.
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to ensure timely responses.
- Convert prospects into confirmed sales by addressing client inquiries and objections.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
