Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven female Telesales Representative to join our team and promote our premium frozen and preserved food products, including Frozen Fries, Olives, and Mushrooms. The role focuses on engaging with potential commercial clients such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, caterers, and food distributors. The successful candidate will introduce our product range, secure orders, and build lasting business relationships to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to present our Frozen Fries, Olives, and Mushrooms to prospective B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with key decision-makers in the food service and hospitality sectors.
- Clearly communicate product details, packaging options, bulk pricing, and delivery terms to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage existing client accounts by handling routine re-orders and responding promptly to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client feedback, and sales leads using the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Professional phone etiquette and a confident, engaging manner.

Compensation and Work Environment
- Starting salary of Rs35,000 per month.
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the workplace.
