Telesales Representative

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls primarily to Western businesses, with a focus on the USA market.
- Introduce company services and explore potential business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective cold calling techniques.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement and build relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about our services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls made and leads generated.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads into clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Confident and professional phone manner, comfortable initiating conversations.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PST, suitable for candidates comfortable with night shifts.
- The salary package includes a fixed monthly amount of PKR 50,000 plus attractive commission incentives based on performance.
