Telesales representative

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are eager to develop their sales skills and contribute to the company’s growth. The role requires excellent communication abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using company tools
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer engagement

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in-person at the designated office location
