Telesales Representative

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and generating qualified leads to support business growth. The working hours for this position are from 8 pm to 5 am PKT, with a salary of PKR 50,000 plus attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls primarily to Western businesses, with a focus on the USA market.
- Introduce company services and explore potential business opportunities with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about the services offered.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calling volume and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads into clients.
