Telesales Representative

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls primarily to Western businesses, with a focus on the USA market.
- Introduce the company’s services and explore potential business opportunities with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about our offerings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calling volume and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads into clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Confident and professional phone manner, capable of engaging diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and highly target-oriented.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

- Work schedule is from 8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT), aligning with the target market’s business hours.
