Telesales Representative

We are seeking energetic and fluent English speakers to join our team as Truck Dispatchers for the US market. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Lahore, operating on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 70,000 PKR. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage truck dispatch operations efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders in fluent English.
- Resolve issues promptly by applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records and update dispatch information using basic computer applications.
- Adhere strictly to the night shift schedule and maintain punctuality to support continuous operations.
