Telus Network is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive for our Call Center who will be responsible for assessing the call quality and call performance of our associates who deal with our existing and potential customers.
- Provide reports on call center performance for the operations team.
- Strong time management skills with the necessary skills to self-manage priorities ultimately maximizing productivity and efficiency
- Provide reports on the agent's dialing times and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that all team members are correctly handling and taking all required data in an accurate and timely manner.
- Resolve call scoring disputes, questions, and inquiries. Escalate situations as necessary.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of weekly call review and calibration sessions with Operations staff.
- We pay Fixed Salaries per month with weekly and monthly cash incentives. So if you have experience in Call Center you should apply fast.
