We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Management Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in managing tender processes and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves overseeing the entire tender lifecycle, ensuring compliance with requirements, and coordinating with multiple departments to prepare and submit competitive bids on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete tendering process from identification of opportunities through to submission.
- Prepare and compile both technical and commercial tender documents accurately.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Technical, and other relevant departments to gather necessary information.
- Maintain comprehensive tender records, trackers, deadlines, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely submission of bids while adhering strictly to tender requirements and guidelines.
- Handle documentation related to bid security, bank guarantees, and other mandatory tender conditions.
- Monitor tender opportunities continuously and maintain an updated pipeline of potential bids.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in tender management or tendering processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong skills in documentation, coordination, communication, and follow-up.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
