Tendering & Proposal Specialist ( 5 - 10 years of experience with IT Company)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tendering & Proposal Specialist to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process for clients based in the UK and US. This role requires a strong understanding of RFI, RFP, and RFQ procedures, as well as the ability to prepare compliant proposals and bids. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tendering process for UK and US clients, ensuring all stages from initial review to final submission are handled efficiently.
- Oversee RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, coordinating closely with internal teams to gather necessary technical and commercial information.
- Conduct research to identify relevant tender opportunities within the UK and US markets.
- Prepare, review, and submit compliant proposals, bids, and quotations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate tender documentation, manage clarifications, and follow up as required to support successful submissions.
- Ensure all tender and proposal deadlines are met with high attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing tendering activities specifically for UK and US clients.
- Proven expertise in handling RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from start to finish.
- Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Experience with IT or software-related tenders is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to commute or relocate to Lahore as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
