Territory Manager/Senior Territory Manager - Buxly Paints

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing or paint industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in retail environments, and a proven track record in driving business growth. Candidates with specific experience in paint sales are highly encouraged to apply. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage client relationships effectively while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the paint and chemical sectors.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales within the chemical manufacturing or paint industry.
- Proven experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an in-person work environment.
