We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead our sales efforts in the home appliances division within a specific territory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion within the assigned territory

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

2. Sales Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the territory, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship

  • Set sales targets and performance metrics for team members

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and other channel partners

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory

4. Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and achieve sales targets

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications of home appliances

  • Provide product training and support to sales team members

Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams

3. Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies

4. Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of the home appliances industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
