We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead our sales efforts in the home appliances division within a specific territory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion within the assigned territory
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
2. Sales Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the territory, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
Set sales targets and performance metrics for team members
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and other channel partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
4. Sales Performance:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and achieve sales targets
5. Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications of home appliances
Provide product training and support to sales team members
Requirements:
1. Education:

2. Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams
