Zoom Marketing Oils, a rapidly expanding energy company in Pakistan, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead operations in Lahore. With the second-largest storage capacity located at Machikey, Sheikhupura, and a nationwide network of service stations, we supply a wide range of petroleum products including diesel, kerosene oil, ultra-furnace, super plus, and lubricants in partnership with the ADNOC Group. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the petroleum industry, strong market insight, and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships. This role demands a motivated professional who can drive sales growth and manage territory performance effectively. The salary range for this position is PKR 150,000 to 175,000, based on experience. Candidates must be willing to join early and have relevant oil marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and uncover growth potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and logistics to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the territory.
- Provide regular reports to senior management detailing sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management within the petroleum or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of petroleum products, industry standards, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
